Luckystone Feltworks Studio is part of a thriving community of working artists, craftspeople and small businesses housed in the "Shirt Factory", a late 19th century building that housed a garment industry for nearly a century. The Shirt Factory is located at the corner of Cooper and Lawrence Streets in Glens Falls, New York; a small city at the southeastern edge of the Adirondack Park, between Saratoga Springs and Lake George.

Driving Directions:

From I-87 North:
Take EXIT 18 GLENS FALLS,
Turn RIGHT at the end of the ramp onto Main St./Broad St.
Follow "Once on Main St." directions below.

From I-87 South:
Take EXIT 18 GLENS FALLS
Turn LEFT at the end of the ramp onto Main St./Broad St.
Follow "Once on Main St." directions below.

Once on Main St./Broad St. in Glens Falls:
Stay straight, following the blue "H" signs for the Hospital.

At the fork in the road by a Stewart's Shop, bear RIGHT onto Hudson Ave. and stay straight.

Pass the Glens Falls Hospital on your right, then get into the center lane. Stay straight, cross Route 9/Glen St onto Warren St. (Burger King & Civic Center will be off to your right).

Take the 4th LEFT onto OAK ST.

Take the NEXT RIGHT onto MAPLE ST.

Take the NEXT LEFT onto COOPER ST. to 21 COOPER ST., The Shirt Factory.

The Shirt Factory is at the end of this block on the right, at the corner of Lawrence and Cooper St. It is a big brick building with oval windows, there is a red Shirt Factory sign up high on the side of the building.

PARK IN OUR COOPER ST. LOT on the right. The easiest entrance to use for Luckystone Feltworks studio is the one set back from the road, to the side of the Cooper St. parking lot on ground level. Go all the way up the stairs to the second floor, my studio is the first one on the right: green hallway, big purple door with LUCKYSTONE STUDIO sign.

IF COOPER ST. PARKING LOT IS FULL, use the Lawrence St. Lot. Go to the stop sign & TURN RIGHT on Lawrence St. The 2nd lot is on the other side of the building, on Lawrence St. Enter from the loading dock entrance, go to your left down the hall. Past the Sensibiliteas shop, keep left, past Lemon Tree Yoga and up the stairs to the top. My studio is the first one on the right.

IF YOU NEED TO USE THE FREIGHT ELEVATOR, park in the Lawrence St lot and use the loading dock entrance there.

If you go in the Cooper St. sidewalk/Quilt Shop entrance, go up the stairs, past the Quilt Shop to the second floor. Follow the hallway to the burgundy door of Betty O'Brien's Watercolor Academy. Go through the passage right across from her door, you will see my purple door straight ahead.
